Compliance On Call completes a review of whole firm issues like Professional Indemnity Insurance, Anti Money Laundering, Clients Account, Estate Accounts (SIP 11), Continuing Professional Development and other licensing issues and systems. The ICAEW requires insolvency practitioners licensed by the ICAEW to cover these areas in their annual insolvency compliance review (ICR). The IPA checks similar areas when they ask insolvency practitioners licensed by the IPA to complete an analysis of risk and compliance disclosure sheet (ARC). We call it an Eligibility Review.
Each review can be completed remotely or at your offices to suit you, with a plan, checklist as evidence of the review undertaken and a summary email report.
